I see a large group of people raging and crying about something only minutes after midnight, and a smaller group of people making fun of them for it.

That seems like a major community problem to me.

knowing riot? don't expect a lot. they don't even have an actual support team. they don't really care about their players. if they did. they would improve on things, but they don't. they've made it obvious,

The Rioter's tremendously care individually. Ever since Riot was bought out by that big corporation a while back they've been slowing down fun stuff and focusing on pure profits. Put the blame on the right people.
