Something Riot Can Do About Useless/Over-talked About Ideas

I have tried a few times to throw out some ideas that could be used to help improve this wonderful game. Unfortunately most of these ideas are not new and are often overlooked by fellow players because they have seen it before. What does not happen is all summoners seeing the idea at once, this creates the illusion that an idea is not popular and thus is tossed out the window like used tissue.

I would love to see Riot make a stickied forum thread/sub community that LISTS all ideas brought to the community's attention as well as Riot's. Just simple topics like "On the issue of removing Teemo" with a description that tells the community where Riot stands on this issue and what might be done about it in the future. Just LET US KNOW what is going on so we can stop seeing thread after thread, post after post about over-talked about ideas.

Please up this if my idea would be useful to you.

P.S. Riot...I love you....but it's tough love....

Similar to your sentiment that the lack of broad visibility makes the suggestion seeem unpopular, wouldn't a compendium of Riot "stances" on topics have a similar effect?

If Riot's "official" stance on something was x, why would people discuss it?

I think that would do more harm than good as opinions and creative direction changes constantly.

As an alternate suggestion, a large thread of general ideas would be an interesting resource. However, think it would be too difficult to maintain as there are new ideas hitting the forum all the time.

I could see it working if discussion content were actually centralized, but resolving the thousands of threads on a given topic into one condensed area while maintaining proper citation credit would be a massive undertaking.
