what is the exact penalty for a ranked afk, id like to see an automatic 2 game 20 minute queue wait for future ranked games, something that cannot be enforced in any game mode but ranked..... and also a level demotion, along with loss of ip

I am curious myself but I think an LP loss in addition to a waiting period should be used. Their probably already is an LP loss and waiting period, I'd imagine its a harsh punishment, especially for repeat offenders.
