@Riot, please buff heimer late game
Heimer falls off late game and can no longer do the required damage that needs to win a game, could you take a look at buffing his late game please?

Look at his laning phase (One of the most aggressive and strongest out of all the mages)
There's a whole list of champs that fall off late game.
His laning is extremely strong and cancerous to deal with though.
