Proxy Singed Bannable?

Dear Riot,

Recently I've heard about people, who proxy singed, getting banned for "Intentionally feeding" In reality this is really stupid. Proxy singed is an amazing strategy and if used well can impact a game quite well. but fucking up can lead to some serious feeding (of around 50 g's per death). I just want to know why these bans would occur over a simple and fun strategy. I hate the fact that I have to worry about my account getting banned for a strategy I love to play. -Mauler

As fun as it might be, a lot of people see it as a "troll" thing to do. I mean, I do it from time to time when I need a good laugh, but other people rather you be playing someone who comes and helps out instead of just pushes a lane and basically "trolling" the other team. I mean, the either ignore and let Singed free farm and heavy push lanes, or have to leave lanes to help get rid of the high CS Singed, which makes whatever lanes they left open for hard pushes. It's a loss loss situation for them, if done right.

BEST THING, do it when you are duo'd with your teams jungler. So he can do some shot-calling with the rest of your team to work together to play with your Proxy Singed. If the jungler accepts, and gets the team to play along, chances of you getting reported are less.

tl;dr People see it as a troll thing, and everyone loves being able to click that ban button on people they assume are trolls.

Ohh, lol. Yeah that's what I did. I had my buddy jungle any time that I would proxy singed. It ended up becoming our thing to do whenever we got together after awhile since how well it worked out.

In a patch a few months back, they changed how much gold is given for killing the same player over and over. The amount of gold a player gives upon dying decreases slower than it used to. This means, that you are worth gold for longer. The reason for this (I assume, because this update came out shortly after Proxy Singed became big), is because of the "Proxy Singed Strategy."

Now this does not mean that you cannot proxy farm while playing Singed. The difference is that YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO DIE. To effectively use this strategy, you should effectively ward and know when you can and cannot proxy farm. If you learn this, then you can safely farm behind your opponent's turret and NOT DIE.

If you fail at this strategy and die over and over, you deserve to be reported. FEEDING IS FEEDING.

Understandable, I just miss being straight proxy singed. But I don't want to get banned for it. I never really die to champs. So my gold decreases from turret kills
