What does blocking people do?
I'm curious, I've heard people say you'll never be queued with them again, but I've heard others say that isn't true. What does it do? Thanks!

It stops them from using the Friends List feature to communicate with you in any way. Nothing more. Matchmaking is unaffected.
only thing it does is prevent them from sending u friend requests.
if i report someone for trolling/intent feeding/flaming, id hope to never have to be queued with em again, especially since im in gold, ive lost promos due to these types of people, i thought flaming was a bronze attitude, although more than halfway through the game you're still pushing lanes alone in enemy territory and continue dying without learning, i flame those idiots, after repeated requests to stop going alone, especially when they have a shaco, vayne, or hecarim who keeps getting the kill
Because of high elo, matchmaking is unaffected.
