They posted a "We're still rolling out mystery champs" update on the Riot Games Support site of all places. There's also a post somewhere on the Help and Support page but it simply says the same thing. That's all they've said.
millions of players/accounts are getting this, do you expect this all in one day? just wait just like everyone else. its not that hard. its probably going to take a couple of days like how it was during xmas!
So what would you want them to say? Yes the champsa/skins are still coming out just be patient? i would assume that would be obvious. the last time they did this people didnt complain (or at least not this much where nothing but majority of the post today is nothing but this) and just waited. not sure why thats so hard to do!
