Que dodging

I feel that RIOT needs to implement a system/software that can detect when a player disconnects and when I player deliberately leaves a game. I have lost multiple point in ranked because my internet crashes and I lose points because I cant pick a champ. I feel that it isn't right for people in those situations to be punished.
