Chat Blocked? and Rengar too OP!

Since the latest update I get chat blocked intermittently while in pregame screens? One second it says chat blocked the next second I can type but if I don't type fast enough it kicks back to chat blocked? and I am not a verbally abusive player so that is not the issue, its a bug...

P.S. Rengar is now broken, almost any decent player that uses him now gets a PENTA! in a game.
