Snowdown Icon Bug

I just finished my work towards getting the Icon Champion of the Poros, and it and Friend of the Poros are already in my inventory but the Snowdown Stylin icon is still not showing up. i have two theories but im not sure. First i think it may be the exact same as the Slay Belle icon i got last year so maybe its a thing where they offer it every year and you cant get it twice, or there is a bug and it needs fixing. any thoughts? Rito? ?
