We are all Sick of hearing about him but............... Dunkey
OK, what i don't understand is why does Riot think they have the right to punish people, at all, for how they speak? i get it, it's their game and blah blah blah but we are in a country that has freedom of speech as a specific, and number one on the list, Right. it may not be polite to speak ill of others or to curse at them but, is it your right to tell that person how to behave? no, it certainly isn't. Things that deserve to be punishable in virtual reality is, game altering ( ddos, hacks, etc.) grieving ( feeding, trolling, afking, harassment, etc.) and playing Teemo. even though Dunkeys ban is brief, over before next Friday, it was unjust, handled with immaturity, and was hypocritical. They allow, and support, DoubleLift to use shit-talking as his motto and way of life, but Dunkey shit-talks for comedy in videos, and he is punished? Dunkey has done nothing but try to have fun in LoL, make it more fun for us, and support the game in a lot of ways. And Riot answers him with poor manners, not only by saying bluntly that he is "Toxic" but by excluding him for years from any of their content creators events or appreciations. They had a lot of LoL content creators collab on a video or something and he wasn't even invited if i recall correctly. Never have i seen Dunkeys content featured on /ALLCHAT, or even mentioned by Riot. he has worked for years to promote their game and they repay him with bullshit. i too might quit LoL, for this gross injustice, if not for the questionable, and ever-shifting quality of this game.
That's my main problem with all of this, feel free to share your take on this. Riot Employees welcome to join in as well.
