As some of you might know, I am the joint owner of a small teamspeak community called Relax Gaming, when Relax Gaming started we were very small, a teamspeak of 25 slots that shot up in popularity. We always decided that as we grew we would slowly open more sections and try to make the server as cosy as it was since the beginning.

From the start Akoe and I set out a list of steps we would go depending on the population that was coming into the server. Recently we hit a great milestone 100+ Active Members! Originally when we created the set of rules for us as owners to follow by we thought 100 was something that we could never achieve. But as the rules that we decided to follow to make sure we were good owners was when we hit a good population we would start a coaching and media team section.

If you are interested in becoming a coach then we do have some requirements.

• You must be Diamond+
• You must be able to pass the testing that Akoe provides
• You must be able to give up a few hours per week
• You must be organized and keep your schedule and times up to date
• You cannot be late to coaching sessions
• You must have your students progression written down and followed up.
• You must become a part of the teamspeak on a daily basis

There are two different sets of coaching

Free Coaching

• Every student is permitted to have two free sessions per week,
• Each session is Thirty minutes long

Paid Coaching

• Students may want or demand longer sessions
• Each hour is fifteen dollars $7.50 go towards the coach and $7.50 are put towards the server funds Students receive a icon stating that they are your student when they pay for your personal coaching.

Coaches cannot deny a request for free coaching unless they have used up their two free 30 minute sessions. That does include if the first free session thirty minute that was created runs over time it gets taken out of their second free session of that week.
