Live spectating with fog of war.

Alot of the time if im waiting for a friend to finish a game I will spectate them, however it is hard to talk to them about the game and get to see them win or lose the game when it is 3 mins behind live. I was wondering if it would be a viable option for Riot to allow players to spectate their friends in real time, except with fog of war enabled so that they can only see what their friends team can see.
