Where and what happen to ranked teams?

What really happen to ranked teams? I'm not talking about ranked flex.. I always like ranked teams. playing with your friends, having fun, dominating together. and don't have to worry about our individual ranked.

flex is just bad business. someone my good friends are bronze and others in gold. and we cant play with each other in ranked games. that's kinda upsetting. we need ranked teams back up.
