I'm scared I'm ganna get a perma ban
I got off a 14 day ban and now I'm super scared that f I say anything at all I'm ganna get banned, if it was mean or not it's killing me to the point I don't want to play

Then don't play. The game isn't worth getting upset over.
Don't flame, don't try to give tips, don't try to say what people should do. People in that game get butthurt for nothing, and cry like babies if you try to advice them how to win the match / lane.
