@RIOT 3rd champ shard in a row and i own all...

It really feels like to me that this issue has become forgotten with everything else thats going on but when is riot going to do something for ppl who all all champs but continue to get champion shards that they have absolutely no way to use. I paid for 2 chest and got them and just opened a 3rd. Even if we could roll them into a random skin or anything that would be great. Was excited when this system came out now feel like its a waste of time lol
