League of Legends account recovery B.S.

Recently, I had a friend try to recover his account (couldn't because email for yahoo was deleted for inactivity). He submitted a ticket and when it was replied, they asked for really stupid information, like first champion bought. or refunded champions. What the hell kind of crap is that. We have been playing for 4+ years now (since beginning season 2) so why the crap are we going to remember one thing we got in a game 4 years ago? On top of this, his account has been hacked and the name has been changed to something else, however, using the same name he had before we can find the account. Then we can see the name it was changed to inside of the match history. Also, the name of the current account possessor is a name of someone else inside of EU West. So, I don't know what you expect him to do, but apparently you expect some kind of magic to happen and for everything to just work.
