wait 10 min que in a silver/gold game after even switching roles since que was so long, get put in off role, same as the person who got the role I wanted. If I never spent money on this game in season 3/4 when the game was good I wouldnt never play the game the way it is today only play because ive invested money into it. at this point i just purposely lose the game if I dont get my role since its such a hassle as it is.

So you have the right to get your money back after you probably used the skins or whatever you bought over and over again. First of all, you were not forced to buy anything. Second, that's like saying when you got tired of your new phone that you bought, you should be able to refund it after extensive use. Third, this is a world of consumerism. You chose to buy it, so live with it.
