I've been trying to go on the Tribunal for the past week and a half and yet every time I've been trying to go on, it keeps telling me that the Tribunal is still building up cases. Now, either League of Legends is now perfect and everybody is happy, or something is wrong with it. It's kind of weird when it's still building up cases FOR A WHOLE WEEK.
