In-Game Languages
Why is English the only language supported by the NA client? North America is a multi-culture region and I would like to know why the languages supported by the EUW server are not all supported by the NA server. Thanks

Well at least I remember on NA you don't get shat on for speaking in different languages in-game unless you're trolling by feeding or whatever while speaking in another language otherwise you're fine.
On OCE, where it's also another multicultural region, it is depending on the time slot you're playing. If you're playing late at night like say, after 12, and you get into a game while chatting with a buddy in your native language, prepare for the possibility of getting flamed and thrown some discriminating remarks that can range from mild/joke to extreme.
