Not Sure What to Do

So another player started harassing me in game. (Granted I did go 0/11/7, but we all have off games) After the game was over they told everyone I said to hill him/herself; which I did no such thing. They then proceeded to continue friend requesting me until I accepted. After accepting the friend request, they told me to commit suicide and I was a "worthless peasant," among other things. I took a screen shot of both the after game chat and the private message. What should I do now?

You won't get in trouble for anything you didn't do. If you didn't respond to them, that's the right thing.
You can add people to your block list to prevent their invite spams
Report people at the post-game lobby for those things
If they are saying these things in messages, you can submit a Support Ticket with a screenshot.

There isn't an appropriate category to submit a Support Ticket.

Just use "general" or whatever the most generic one is.

Thanks for the reply! I know I can block the person (I've blocked before), but wanted the person to be punished for the things said. He didn't say those things until after the post-game lobby. There isn't an appropriate category to submit a Support Ticket. Was honestly hoping someone from riot would see my post and give me an e-mail address or something, lol.

What the other guy said. They will forward it to the appropriate person (a Player Behavior Specialist). The main guy (one of them at least) is Keyru but you don't want to be sending him emails every time you have an issue.
