Champ Select Frozen / Error message shown. Still tagged with Leaverbuster

During champ select, I could not click on anything. The screen was frozen, so I couldn't ban a champion. Could still chat though. Error messaged popped up and said there was an error, and report was sent. Had to restart client, and was put in low priority queue. Not sure what's going on. Has happened twice today.
