Riot should Allow Hextech Trading

I know they still want to make money and they obviously still do and the hextech system is great for getting random free skins and champs. I'm just proposing that they allow you to trade shards with friends. For instance my wife has Death Blossom Kha'Zix and Snow Day Bard. Two skins I want that she will never use. And I have Gentleman Cho that she wants. It would be nice to be able to trade accordingly. Much like trades work on CS:GO. Any reason that this can't be a thing?
