Spectator limit

So I do understand the 3 minute timer for games so people don't cheat and tell information to their friends, but in custom games I think that you should be able to change the timer to as little as 1 second or make it longer to like 30 minutes so you can decide what people can see. My reasoning to this is that most of the time you would think that friends playing against each other would be playing so if you are doing a 1v1 with others and you want them to watch in real time that you should allow that.
