Bard red chimes in minimap?

So, didn't know Bard could spawn red chimes. Is this a bug or the red chimes are somethings like a "x2" chimes? **- http://i.imgur.com/SowcMFf.png

Red Chimes are those about to expire. It takes a long time, but they will disappear.

Chimes have a lifespan of 10 minutes before they disappear. Chimes turn red on the minimap when they have about 2 minutes left. If it's safe to do so, collect them as fast as you can!
