Some fixes you need to make

Minion blocking, yeah everyone's said it, you haven't done anything. Turret aggro; I'll have two people dive me, with their minions, and the turret won't attack the person who first hit me, nope. It'll target the minions then go for the other enemy who hasn't hit me, but cc'd me, seriously wtf? Change your turret aggro or tune it better. Next, ranked games. If I win a game, I should be rewarded with more points if I do better, average points if I did okay, so on and so forth, so that way players who aren't doing so good will have to work on their play in order to go higher in ranks. Same goes for losing points. If you did good, you don't lose as many points, if you feed, you lose more points etc. Sounds fair. A players points shouldn't be just given based on mmr alone, how good they do should have a role in that as well. Yes, I know if person is doing good they should be in a higher mmr, but that's not always the case if they main support or play other supportive lane styles.
