Skin Question
With the new launcher, when looking at champions and their skins, all of their skins show up and not just the available ones. Does this mean that such skins are available for purchase? For example, Tempest Janna or Mistletoe LeBlanc?

No, they will show up as 'Unavailable' until they are brought out of the Vault. Legacy skins like Mistletoe LeBlanc may still (as usual) be acquired through Hextech Crafting and Mystery Gifts, and may become available for their associated yearly event such as the winter holidays, or be available in special bundles.
No they wont be available for purchase untill the legacy vault gets opened or the christmas skins come out.
My RAF 3.0 skins Medieval twitch and grey warwick are viewable on the new client but i dont know if they show up for people who don't own the skins.
I do think limited edition skins should still have their splash arts viewable to people who don't own those skins that way the can admire the artwork more often since most people wont see the original splash art unless they do a google search.
