so some player had a bad problem with someone saying racist things and it was out of game and he didnt know what to do so i said "put a board up in the player behavement with his summoner name and saying what he did and telling riot to ban him" why was my comment removed cause i wanted to help someone out?

I mean I know you are trying to help but the rules states that naming and shaming isn't allowed. If anything posting on the board period would have done them no help as we forum users have no power. The only actual way to help is submit a ticket (with evidence) and have an actual Rioter look into it.
