We need more skins with game altering effects

The only skin I can think of that does this is DJ Sona. I'm not a Sona player by any means, but I love when my support busts out DJ Sona. Having the option to turn on the music and have it change throughout the game (as she seems fit) is great. It's interesting and amusing. I just wish they expanded it to other champions. Possibly release more DJ skins, Ekko with the headphones around his neck throwing Vinyls. Or an ADC that can be a DJ, I'm thinking Vayne because she doesn't have a whole lot of "fun" skins. Or possibly Jhin since he loves to be a dramatic choir boy. All giving the option to add a different and unique soundtrack to the game. I love particle changes and color schemes just as much as the other people who's wallets get lighter every patch but music is great. Adding a music inspired DJ skin to every lane could function like the project skins where there is something special going on. +1 if you agree.
