draft mode doesnt even work for players level 1-29

unless you want to wait 30 min. Seriously whoever does matchmaking and balancing towards that is just clearly r%%%%%ed (I know its lyte so it makes sense) Not complaining about ranked but matchmaking in general (even sometimes in ranked) is legit atrocious compared to other major games.
