How Can You Tell When...
A player is using an ARAM account or just a regular account who happened to get a lucky pick? With all these ARURF threads and complaints about ARAM accounts, I was just curious.

yea you can... after the game look at the list of recently played players go to their profile and see if they have normal games/ ranked games or a shit ton of aram games....
but when it comes to game modes like urf/aram I don't care win or loss at all its just people mashing buttons and luck of the draw... don't take so seriously just have fun with it.
Does it matter, it's a gamemode.. just play it.
No one gives two shits if you won a game of Arurf...
