Dunkey should be banned. He deserved it. BUT.

If that is the case, then Malphite should be perma-banned. Knowing that the arguably worst behavior in the game isn't punished consistently of course frustrates people and gets them to flame.

Riot won't tell us if that Malphite ever gets permabanned because all account matters are supposed to be handled privately. No one would even know Dunkey got banned if he didn't bitch about it in his video. While I could never agree with a Feeder, the fact is you should never tell someone they should be gunned down and nothing will ever justify that.

No, in fact it's easy. If they have lost all their honors, they have been banned. If they have played a game recently, they haven't been banned.

Except that the Malph didn't get banned, and has been actively playing since the incident. Real easy to tell if he's banned or not, and he isn't. Nor will he ever be.

The only way he will be ban is if he is reported. Riot can't do anything unless people have reported him and he is breaking the rules because of it. He only fed in one game. One bad game shouldn't mean your account should be ban.

So by your logic anyone who "feeds" in one game, should be permaban, but if someone threatens someone life, and wishes death upon them should only suffer a one week ban?

14 days ban first. Then increasing. He was intentionally feeding, makes sense.

but if someone threatens someone life, and wishes death upon them should only suffer a one week ban?

Circumstantial. If he has repeated, then longer bans. Honestly, I don't find the "get gunned at the street" a horrible offense, It's very similar to a usual flamer, so yeah 1 week is enough.
