It's only flaming if you don't add an "lol" at the end. For instance:
"Why are you dancing around the inhib lol?"
Is an acceptable statement that is not flamable.
While context may provide a bit more of useful information, based on the statement you gave, I wouldn't consider "Why are you dancing around the inhib?" flaming.
