Why's that? Never afk'd on a game. Never been punished. But for people that disconnect once in a blue moon, losing even a single piece of content would be enough to quit the game. The idea is truly moronic. It's like saying "Every time someone has a negative KDA, take away a champ!" - because if they have a negative KDA they are obviously trolling... right? Sometimes people have connection issues, sometimes people have bad games. Taking away content isn't the answer.

(buys skin) Goes into game and the power goes out causing them to disconnect then they lose said skin.
Starts long thread about Riot being crooks for relocking the skin they bought and how it's not fair because they paid real money for said skin.
The closest thing to that happening would be someone getting permabanned so I don't think they would do a "death by a thousand cuts" sort of thing.
