Add an option to purchase Runes with RP

Just a thought, I have been grinding ip for runes I need and dont feel like ip boosts are worth my time. I am trying to play mid with armor seals against ap champs and its irritating. As someone with a small champ pool too it feels crappy deciding between runes and a new 6300 champ. You can buy pages with RP, why not the runes themselves?

IT was an option before because then your essentially "buying" upgrades, at least with IP boosts, you actually have to Win and play.

Because then it becomes pay to win. Runes are really huge parts of the game, champions are less so, in the way you can play on the weakness of any champion.
