Toxicity in ranked vs normals

Should being toxic in normals be punihed harder than in ranked? Just hear me out.

Ranked already creates a stressful atmosphere where it's easy to say some regrettable things. I've also encountered more trolls in ranked, and said trolls do a pretty good job of putting me and tilt and making people frustrated.

But in normals, there is not much of an incentive to try really hard, so you don't get frustrated as easily. Would it be justified then, to make the assumption that most of the toxic players in norms are inherently toxic, and not just frustrated players who are having a bad day?

Of course, this doesn't mean being toxic in ranked should be handled leniently. I just thought this would be a way to weed out toxic players faster.
