Why do i have to buy galio again after path 7.6
I updated to patch 7.6 and it is saying i do not own galio
and that i have to unlock him aagain

Have you restarted the client? It doesn't tell me that, but the client is wonky sometimes. A restart usually fixes it right as rain.
i have and it still hasn't changed!!
