client stutter

League client loads up but after like a second it like to skip and have a stutter on just the client and I have really bad problems with it like , when I go to pick a champion the client freezes completely for a second or till I click of onto my desktop. I have slight skipping in game where it'll show my champion going somewhere then ill be dead the next second cause I didn't actually go to that spot and I went somewhere with enemies.
