Hit a wall in plat trying to climb to diamond, anyone have any tips or anything to help me out

get better at the basics, play easier champs, farm better. Basically all the help i can give without seeing an op.gg or you play. I went through plat easy by learning a couple easy champs and the basics. Im going through plat again on a smurf I just play champs with stuns that can help like Annie, udyr, jax, kayle.
