Account Perma Banned!?

So i just got a lovely email from riot telling me I'm perma banned for using "3rd Party Programs." now there funny part is i play on a mac and i don't think a 3rd party programs like bots or scripts even run on mac. So i would love for a rioter to please explain to me why my account got perma banned. and don't tell me to turn in a support ticket cause i already did. if i didn't put money into the account for skins i wouldn't care that much, but i already did.

you probably got banned because you have riven in your name.

Hey LethalHand!

First, I'd like to advise you to remove your account name from your post. That information should only be given to Rioters and only through a support ticket.

Secondly, as much as I and the other Arbiters would love to help explain this to you, permanent suspensions require you to submit a request to Player Support and speak directly with a Rioter about your account.

I can say that extensive research is done before suspending an account for using a third party modification and programs like Curse Voice or Skype won't get you in this much trouble.

I'd like to chime in here and say that the form tickets sent out aren't always as descriptive about the exact infraction as they could be. They also send out this ticket to players who purchase accounts, often because they are botted. Both botting and purchasing an account are violations of the tos you sign as a player, and my guess would be that you bought the account.
