Add a way to pay IP for icons

I get you already have 1500IP icons for some skin releases but. What about other icons? maybe make them 6000IP or 6500IP for an icon. it still would be fair for that amount of IP you can even make the amount more. so for older players who own all the champion/runes/etc. they can have something to buy with their IP and also anyone can save up for some snazzy icons. idk this is just a thought
