Skin shard V Champion shard percentage?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew the percentage of getting a skin shard v getting a champion shard is in the hextech system? I've only gotten 1 skin shard (and it was star guardian lux. friggin awesome skin) but I've received about 4 champion skin shards which for me personally kinda sucks since i already own all the champions.

I haven't seen a percentage posted anywhere, but to be fair i haven't really looked that hard either. Is it a 50/50 thing and I just have bad luck or what? Thanks in advanced.

I don't know the percentages but I think it's divided equally (my guess) So if there was 1000 champions and skins total each would have a 0.1% chance to get regardless of if they're a skin shard or champion shard. But I think it raises if you already have 1/3 of the shards for the champion/skin

I've gotten only skin shards (Hextech Janna, Cut throat Graves, Pentakill Olaf, Enchanted Galio)
