I cant really call it stuck because I do amazing every game and im diamond but with the toxic players, toxic duos, afks, rq'ers, troll pickers, and inters I have a 50% win rate in silver while also having a 56% win rate in mid diamond! Aylmao! great game! The only game ive won on my smurf in like a week was still a 1v5 where I had to have 86% contribution and bring the game back while everyones toxic and blaming lul.

You should see the disparity between my two accounts, same player but 2k mmr difference, logic. Rito probably implemented some kind of prisoners island without saying anything. Idk what for though.

You might have to adjust your play-style. If you assuming your allies will follow-up or rotate between objectives properly, you are going to be disappointed.

You may be better off just picking poke/waveclear (since Silver games often devolve to ARAMs) or picking a champion capable of splitpushing and shoving down top-lane.

I have like 7 accounts and always run 60-80% win rates depending on the champions I am playing. Are you playing stuff you don't play on your main or something?

I learned how to Morde on a smurf account and currently sitting on a 80% winrate on him on another account, but the account I learned him on has like a 50% winrate for Morde
