SO dear riot... I get cussed at and Bm'd toward all game and....

I am the one who gets ranked banned??? i am never toxic in my games nor negative. And some how i am 35 normal draft rankked banned??? I am an honorable summoner and one who gives feedback upon those trolls and feeders in the rift and IM THE ONE WHO GETS BANNED??? I dont see the fairness in banning someone from ranked who is the victim of toxicity? How is that fixing anything??? That's like sending the person who gets shot at a crime scene to jail... Its kind of ass backwards if you ask me.
