So i get enough trolls to report me i get banned? Automated system no tribunal???

So how can you ban people when you don't even have a system. Your "system" is open for any Toxic player, troll player, pissed off player, or anything in the terms of being BM, will report people for any and no reason. And the main thing behind all this what i have to say is that none of it is reviewed like it used to. Now you just ban people left and right for being "negative" from chat or ranked play. Right now i feel like a man in a corner minding his own business, while another proceeds to come up to me and shoot me... The cops come and i go to jail. Why are the victims being punished???
