Karthus and Leblanc. Think you survived the Requiem? Here comes round two with the mimic requiem. Dat mobility death zone and when he gets low he makes two death zones with a clone but unlike Leblanc they both deal damage.

Her E places a teemo shroom on the ground which she can charge up, they are able to be seen out in the open but invisible in bushes.
R Shoot a shroom that blasts them 5 teemo's away and applies a DOT.
