so i just got out of placements on my unranked smurf and got gold 5,Ive played 2 games since then and lost,is it true you get 10 games before your demoted,and in my case 8 bc ive already lost 2? Since I just got to this tier?
You drop down when your mmr is too far below your current ranking, it's supposedly supposed to be when it's an entire tier below (i.e. you're gold 5 and your mmr has dropped to silver 5 level) but several people claim they have been demoted without warning after dropping their mmr 2 or 3 divisions.
