Lf A good support to help me in ranked

Im Gold 5 and I think maybe just to be honest,I might've got lucky in my placements on this smurf,My main is silver 2 and it seems like there is a big skill jump between silver and gold,Im either on a long term tilt,or gold is filled with smurfs/boosters,or I dont belong in gold,now my match history actually is really bad but I have actually kind of been playing really passive and spamming games when im not really feeling it just to pass time,Ive played 3 season of lol of and on,and I either didnt pick up on alot of things and i didnt pay attention,or idk but I need someone to help me bot lane and assess things im doing wrong and things i could work on....add xNifty if you have the time and/or patience to do this
