North American Servers

I'm sorry if this sounds stupid, but is it possible to run both the Chicago AND the Portland servers at the same time? The server move was irritating for people like me playing in East Asia/West Coast(I lived in NA for a while, but I live in East Asia now). I don't know a lot about networking and whatnot, and I sent Riot a support ticket a while back. Since they said to put this on the forums, here I am. Thanks.
