Leaver buster needs to be fixed

2 games of this in 4 minutes vs smurfs = you get to wait 5 minutes because of your teammates. Very fair! But I mean I clearly ruined the game 8-0 elise at 10 min tops down 50 cs 0-4 and jungle is afk 0-4 after invading solo 4 times. But fuck me for not wasting my time and sitting basically afk at my tower anyways.
